What people ask
- Do my clients count as seats?
- No. A client who logs into the portal costs nothing, on every plan, with no cap on how many. Only the people in your agency are seats — the portal is how you show your work, and charging for it would make you use it less.
- What happens past the included seats?
- Each additional agency seat is €12 a month. Nothing stops working when you cross the line; the subscription simply reflects the team you have.
- Is anything missing from the smaller plan?
- The core is in all three: clients, deals, projects, tickets, time, retainers and the portal. Starter leaves out documents, chat, portal branding and the SEO tooling — the modules an agency tends to want once the basics are running.
- What does the trial include?
- Fourteen days with the Pro feature set and no card. An evaluation that hits a wall is an evaluation that concluded the product does not work, so the trial does not put one in your way.
